Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Schedulog is a business workspace for freelancers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email us at support@schedulog.com.
What we collect
- Account information: your name and email address, and how you sign in (email and password, or Google).
- Information you add: jobs, payers and rates, income, invoices, expenses, mileage, certifications, documents, goals and settings.
- Calendar events: if you connect a calendar (Google Calendar or a calendar link), we read your events so they can become jobs in Schedulog.
- Billing information: subscriptions are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Usage and device information: basic technical information such as browser type and pages used, so we can keep the service working and fix problems.
How we use it
- To provide Schedulog: calculating what you're owed, tracking income, mileage and expenses, creating invoices and summaries.
- To keep your account secure and to send service messages such as verification codes, invoices you choose to send, and reminders you turn on.
- To understand how the product is used and improve it, including responding to the feedback beta testers send us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Google user data
If you sign in with Google or connect Google Calendar, we use that data only to sign you in and to import your calendar events as jobs, which are features you ask for. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it. Schedulog's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time in Settings, and revoke access from your Google Account.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers that help us run Schedulog, and only as needed to do so: our hosting and database provider, our payment provider (Stripe), Google (for sign-in and calendar import, if you use them), and our email delivery provider. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. Your records are private to your account; other Schedulog users cannot see them.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your information while your account is open. You can export your data at any time. To delete your account and the information in it, email support@schedulog.com. We may keep limited records where we are required to, such as billing records.
Security
Access to your records is limited to your account, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.
Children
Schedulog is for adults running a business. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email or in the app.
