Schedulog

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 12, 2026

These terms apply when you use Schedulog. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Schedulog is a workspace for freelancers to track jobs, rates, income, invoices, mileage, expenses and related records. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Give us accurate information and tell us if you think your account has been used without your permission.

Beta access, trials and billing

Beta access is offered to selected groups and may be free for a period we describe when you join. Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment provider and renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. Prices and plan details are shown on our website.

Your data

Your records belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them so we can provide the service. You can export your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.

Not tax, legal or financial advice

Schedulog organizes records and produces estimates and summaries, such as mileage deductions, income totals and set-aside figures. These are planning aids, not tax, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for checking them against your own records and paystubs, and for what you file. Consider a qualified professional for decisions that matter.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to break into or disrupt it, no uploading content you don't have the right to share, and no sharing your account with people who aren't you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Schedulog available and accurate, but the service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent the law allows, Schedulog is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using Schedulog and close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email or in the app.
